BIRTHDAY PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS, COMPANY PICNICS

We think the gathering of friends and families are pretty special on their own, but celebrating them during Huck’s Fall Festival makes for some amazing memories!  Just like the farm, we try to keep gatherings pretty down to earth and simple. You can rent our private space (we call it our Pavilion) which includes tables and a serving bar to host your party, then enjoy the farm with your guests.  Below is all the information you need for having you party during Huck’s Fall Fest: 

  • The cost for rental of our pavilion is only of $75.00.
  • Huck’s Pavilion rental is for a total of 2.5 hours- two hours for your party and 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for breakdown and cleanup. 
  • Our Pavilion supports up to 100 guests.  
  • There is running hose water at the pavilion that can be used as needed.
  • The $75 rental does NOT include admission to the farm and all the activities.  The cost for admission are standard prices (See our website) for adults and children. 
  • For kids birthday parties, we offer a special price for admission for the kids, that includes a free small pumpkin ($11 per child under 12 years).  Adults are charged the standard adult admission fee (sorry, no free small pumpkin for the adults).  
  • We do ask that you provide a deposit of $75 to reserve the Pavilion, at least a week before you event.
  • Time slots on Saturdays are:
    • 10:00-12:30
    • 12:30-3:00
    • 3:00-5:30
  • Time slots on Sundays are:
    • 1:00-3:30
    • 3:30-6:00
  • Please call or email us 919-432-4825 or visit@huckleberrytrailfarm.com to reserve your time slot. A deposit is required to hold your date and time; this amount will be applied to your total party cost.   • Deposit must be received no less then 1 week before the event.  

  • Company events- We do offer a discount to companies who pre-purchase a block of tickets.  Please call us to discuss.
